At last . . . a moment's peace
No two massages are alike. And that’s the way it should be.
Each time you lie down on the massage table, your expectations are a little bit different. Your sensory perceptions, the weather that day, your mood and environment, your social interactions with friends and coworkers will contribute nuance to your expectations, your experience, and to your therapeutic outcome.
Your voice, your subtle movements, and your therapist’s (my) intuition will direct the massage that day. I welcome your communication at the beginning of, and throughout, your massage. You set the tone. Is today a day for deep work alongside your lumbar vertebrae and on your glutes? Maybe your neck and shoulders? Or is this the day for a deep relaxation experience?
It’s all therapeutic, isn’t it?
Of course it is.
